Objectives of this Module

This course looks at how you can maintain a lifestyle which contributes to all aspects of good health. It will examine the social and lifestyle factors that employees operate under – and offer advice on maintaining their physical and mental health within that environment. Depending on the kind of work your role requires, it is likely that you will be required to work alone for an extended period of time, this is called Lone Working. You may be asked to move heavy items by hand, and you could also be asked to work away from site. The objectives of this module are to look at the risks and to
conduct risk assessments on how those risks can be avoided or
reduced
