Driver LGV CAT C+E

Obtaining an LGV Category C+E license grants you the authority to operate vehicles weighing over 7.5T, which are equipped with a detachable or separate trailer.

Objectives of this Module

The objectives of this module:
• An LGV Category C licence entitles you to drive vehicles over
7.5T with rigid based bodies i.e. the vehicle is all one unit (the
cab does not separate from the body).
• Having obtained your LG Category C licence, you are then
able to progress towards obtaining your LGV Category C+E
licence.
• An LGV Category C+E licence entitles you to drive vehicles
over 7.5T that have a detachable or separate trailer.
